Bio-Dynamic Massage

I am trained in Bio-dynamic Massage; it is directed mainly at 'melting tissue armouring'. Reich believed that we build up this 'tissue armouring' as a response and protection against our earlier childhood traumas. As we grow older these 'survival techniques' become unhelpful in our relationships. Our bodies form particular muscular shapes, forming this ‘armouring’, when it is ‘melted’ it releases our emotions, many locked away for years. The mind-body connection is utilized, to help us be able to have deeper, intimate relationships. Complete confidentiality is guaranteed.
